Prephive

Terms of Use

Last updated: 25 August 2026 · applies to Prephive version 1.0 and later.

The iOS app licence is Apple's standard EULA. Your licence to use the Prephive iOS application is Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement: apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula. The terms on this page are the app-specific terms that sit alongside it. Where the two genuinely conflict on the licence itself, Apple's EULA wins.

1. Who you are agreeing with

Prephive is provided by the Prephive developer, an independent publisher based in Saudi Arabia ("we", "us"). The seller of record is shown on the App Store listing. By creating an account or using the app you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use Prephive.

2. Prephive is a study aid — not medical advice

Prephive is exam-practice software. It is not a medical device. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment guidance, dosing, or any clinical recommendation, and it must not be used to make a clinical decision or to treat a patient. Question content, explanations, and AI-produced text are study material only and may contain errors. You are responsible for verifying anything you rely on against an authoritative source. Passing or failing any examination is not something we promise.

3. Your account

4. Prephive Premium subscriptions

5. Your content

You keep ownership of everything you upload or create — your notes, files, imported and generated questions, squad messages, and voice notes. We claim no ownership of it.

You grant us a limited, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, copy, transmit, and process your content solely to operate the service for you: storing it, showing it back to you, sharing it with the squad you send it to, and passing it to our processors (see the Privacy Policy) for the feature you asked for. That licence ends when you delete the content or your account, apart from copies in routine backups that age out. We do not use your content to train any model of ours, and we do not sell it.

You promise that you have the right to upload what you upload. In particular:

6. AI features

Some features use a third-party AI service to structure questions from your files, compose questions from your notes, explain an answer, translate text, or write a weekly recap. These features work on the material you provide and are constrained to it, but AI output can still be wrong. Treat every AI-produced question, explanation, or translation as a draft to check, never as a source of truth. AI features have usage limits and may be unavailable, rate-limited, or changed. What is sent, and to whom, is described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Acceptable use

Do not:

Study Squads are shared spaces. Content you send there is visible to every member of that squad. We may remove content or close a squad that breaks these rules.

8. Our intellectual property

The app, its design, the Prephive name and marks, and the question content we publish ourselves are ours or our licensors'. Your subscription is a licence to use the service, not a transfer of any of it.

9. Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time in the app: Stats → Account → Delete account, then type DELETE to confirm. Deletion removes your data as described in the Privacy Policy. It does not cancel or refund an App Store subscription — cancel that separately in your Apple ID settings first, or you will keep being charged.

We may suspend or close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms, or where we must for legal or security reasons. Where it is reasonable to do so, we will tell you why first.

10. Availability, disclaimers, and liability

Prephive is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not promise it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that content is complete or accurate. To the fullest extent the law allows, we exclude all implied warranties.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited — including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, and to the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost study time, or lost data, and our total liability for any claim relating to Prephive is limited to the amount you paid us for the subscription in the twelve months before the claim.

If you are a consumer, you keep the mandatory rights your local law gives you, and nothing here takes them away.

11. Apple

Apple is not a party to these terms and has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for Prephive. Apple is not responsible for any claim about the app, including product-liability, regulatory, or intellectual-property claims. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you. Any question about the app itself should go to us, not to Apple — see the support page.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the app changes. When a change is material we update the date at the top and, where appropriate, tell you in the app. Continuing to use Prephive after a change means you accept the updated terms; if you do not, stop using the app and delete your account.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the competent courts of the Al-Qassim Region, Saudi Arabia, have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection right you have in the country where you live.
